The "Torre de Quart" in the city of Valencia has a glorious history of heroism. Here a few noble individuals fought a heroic battle, and made heroic sacrifices, that had permanent consequences for the benefit of their countrymen. No true Heroism is percieved by the "hero" to be heroism. But heroic acts stem from a keen sense of duty and responsibility under trying circumstances. You will never be a hero by trying, but if we atttend faithfully upon the clear duty that our Lord has given us, we may in the end be so regarded by "Him who has chosen us to be soldiers"
